7-zip Outlook is an add-in to the Microsoft Office Outlook 2010/2013 mail client that allows you to compress outgoing mail attachments in the format.7z or .rar. In addition, the utility has a number of other useful functions, namely:

• delete, compress attachments to reduce the size of the data file.PST or .OST,
• automatically convert emails to HTML,
• automatically add a greeting to the recipient when sending,
• insert the attachment name into the empty subject of the email,
• remove restrictions on the size of attachments sent.
