Program A.DOC allows you to systematize work with documents by using templates, maintaining relationships between documents, entering additional structured information, organizing search by keywords and user information to the document.

A.DOC provides tools for:

• forming the directory structure,
• creating Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word documents,
• creating documents based on templates,
• creating custom directories reduces the time to determine additional information to the file (the number of directories is unlimited),
• copying directories from other places along with files,
• storing any important additional information to the file,
• searching through all the information in the document,
• creating notes and reminders,
• output of the register of documents in electronic form,
• maintaining the history of work with each of the documents,
• organizing the relationship between documents of various types and displaying them in the form of an organizational chart.

A.DOC can be used in contract management (preparation of contract documents, search and analysis of sets of contracts, common template forms for all responsible persons), accounting of citizens' appeals (maintaining a register of citizens, registration of appeals, control of execution of orders, organization of response, accumulation of interaction histories), general office work (case management, work with internal/incoming/outgoing documentation), personnel document management.
