Abacus is a program for making estimates and acts of work performed in a simplified version. As a result of the work, a document is created in the 6-graph format.

Features:

• Accounting of funds received from the client with the inclusion of the report in the estimate.
• The estimate may include a list of materials required for the production of works.
• The built-in rates are edited. If necessary, the estimate and prices can be exported to Excel format.
• It is possible to create a document based on templates, create your own templates.
• Automatic calculation of the areas of walls, floors, perimeters of floors and ceilings, linear meters of window slopes. Entering data from the scheme into the estimate with a single click (hyperlinks) followed by tracking. I.e., in case of any data changes in the scheme, the volumes are recalculated and rewritten in those columns of the estimate where there are links to the scheme.
• An automatically populated list of Customers. This list allows you to quickly download documents, excluding the search for the necessary files on the disk.
• The program can work simultaneously with two documents. The second document opens in the viewing mode and serves as a kind of cheat sheet.
