AppCompatibilityView is a simple tool that displays a list of all programs that run with various compatibility settings and is stored in the registry in the folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Microsoft Windows NT CurrentVersion AppCompatFlags Layers and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Software Microsoft Windows NT CurrentVersion AppCompatFlags Layers keys.
The program allows the user to easily change or delete the compatibility settings of several applications at the same time. The utility does not require installation and can work directly from a removable disk.
