ArcConvert is a portable (installation-free) utility for changing the format of an archive file. It happens that you have downloaded some document or program, but it is packed in an archive, for which you do not have a suitable tool. With this program, you can quickly and easily recode such a file into a more convenient or familiar format for you, which is comfortable to work with.

The list of supported archive types that can be reformatted is quite large and diverse, so that ArcConvert can cope with even the most rare formats: 7-ZIP, LZH, CAB, ZIP, ARJ, ACE, RAR, TAR, TGZ, GZ, Z, BZ2, YZ1, YZ2, GCA, BEL, RPM, DEB, BH, Noa32, HKI, PAQAR, SQX, HA, ZOO, UHARC, LFB, ZLIB, UCL, IMP, RS, SPL, APK, Arc, DZ, MSI, ALZ, PMA, PAQ7, CHM, UDA, PAQ8, Cryptonite, ISO, LZOP, BMA, ZIP AES (128, 192, 256), Nanozip Alpha, XZ, FreeArc, Zpaq, GZA. Any archive with the above extensions can be changed to ZIP, 7-ZIP, CAB, LHA, TAR, TGZ, BZ2, YZ1, BGA, RAR, ACE, NOA32, PAQAR, UHARC, YZ2, DZ, HA, XZ, FreeArc and some others.

It is worth noting that ArcConvert has a built-in function for automatically finding and entering the password needed to extract encrypted archives.

The program has a simple interface, not burdened with complex settings, in which you only need to select the archive file and the desired format for transcoding.
