Document archive is an electronic document management and office automation system at the enterprise. The program allows you to systematize the accounting and storage of documents, provides control over the execution of documents at all stages by deadlines and those responsible, track the movement of documents, who took what when, returned it.

For each document, you can record arbitrary additional information, convenient search and advanced analysis, flexible configuration of access rights, network and multi-user modes, tracking the history of changes and many other amenities.

Convenient sorting and filtering by any field, exporting directly to Excel, generating Word documents based on templates (contracts, invoices), network and multi-user modes, maintaining a history of changes. You can create new tables in the database, add new fields to them (both stored and calculated, including formulas like SELECT&hellip,), store images in the database, define drop-down lists and values in them, bind subordinate tables, count totals by formulas, build a tree by specified fields and other amenities.
