Astra Open 5.3

The cutting program Astra Cutting is designed to optimize the cutting of sheet materials - chipboard, metal, glass and plastics. Simple and intuitive program tools allow you to:

• Quickly create an order for cutting.
• Automatically split the order.
• Quickly and accurately edit the cutting cards.
• Calculate, save and use dimensional residues after cutting.
• Get and print the technical documentation in full.
• Calculate the cost of the order and print the invoice.

For each cutting card, a complete set of technological documentation is formed - a sketch and specification, including the necessary information for the manufacture of parts and accounting for the work performed. The cutting map is printed at any scale set by the user and in any orientation of the sheet. In addition, the following documentation is generated: order specifications, a statement of material availability, a specification for pasting the edges of parts, an account of the work performed and materials ordered, labels for marking parts.
