ATTO Disk Benchmark is a powerful free utility for testing the performance of information storage devices, including hard (HDD) and solid-state (SSD) disks, as well as RAID arrays and memory controllers. This program checks the storage medium by calculating the speed of writing and reading data on blocks of different sizes - from 512B to 64MB.

Working with the application is quite simple. In principle, all settings are already set to the most optimal parameters, but you can set the required parameters yourself: specify the desired disk, select the block sizes and the total length of files (from 64KB to 32GB) and click Start.

After the testing is completed, you will receive a graphical picture of the data read and write speed (in Mb/s), which will allow you to evaluate the performance of your disk and make a decision about its further use. All results can be saved to a file or sent to print.
