Balloon tip is a simple utility whose main purpose is to remind the user about certain events. The program settings specify the event itself and the time after which it is necessary to remind about the event, as well as the duration of the reminder. As a result, after a specified time interval, a tooltip will appear in the tray.
In addition to this main function, the program includes several other useful functions: calculation of biorhythms, line translation from Latin to Cyrillic and vice versa, shutdown, reboot, user change, editing file properties and attributes.
