BestCut is a comprehensive system to facilitate work related to the cutting of sheet materials and the calculation of the cost of materials and works. Designed for use in the furniture industry. Allows maximum use of the material, generating the most optimal cutting maps of sheet materials into rectangular parts, taking into account the peculiarities of chipboard processing and the equipment used.

Functions BestCut:

Unlimited number of panels and parts for cutting, virtual Materials warehouse, to account for your sheet and edge materials, as well as business leftovers, saving them for future use.
• Automatic calculation of the area of sheets and parts, the length of the cut, the material utilization factor, the sum of the perimeters of parts and the consumption of edge materials.
• Possibility of manual adjustment of cutting cards.
• Calculation of the cost of the entire Order, taking into account various types of work and accessories used in the manufacture of modules.
• A convenient Library of Standard Modules (BTM) created by the user allows you to form an Order in a matter of minutes.

The following types of reports are implemented:

• Maps and Details - a combined report consisting of an image of the cutting map and a table of details placed on the map. It is convenient to use if there are no small parts.
• Maps only - the report displays the maximum possible image of the cutting map. The program analyzes the dimensions of each cut sheet and automatically selects the orientation of the image on the paper.
• Details only - information about details in a specific cutting map. (Addition to Maps Only).
• General Specification - a general list of parts in the order for all types of sheet materials.
• Undeveloped parts - a list of parts for each material that did not fit on the sheets selected for cutting.
• Residue table - contains information about useful residues for each material.
• Details in the Order - the most detailed report on the details in the Order. Contains all the information from the Details table in the Order, plus the edge pasting schemes. Allows you to synchronize the encoding of parts for the Optimization operation (Cutting Cipher) and their designation for the Edging operation, as well as in assembly drawings.
• Pasting maps - the report is similar to the Details in the Order, but shows only the details to be pasted with an edge. At the same time, it is possible to control the display of a specific type of edge by changing the status in the Additional Information field in the Orders mode materials table.
• Cost - a general report on the use of sheet and edge materials for each type. If, when forming the Order, the service providers for cutting and pasting the edge were selected, the report shows the total (for all sheet materials) length of the cut and the total (for all types) length of the edge. When calculating the cost, prices from the Materials database are used.
