BiglyBT is a free open source torrent client developed on the basis of Vuze (Azureus), and which supports all modern P2P data transfer protocols (including BitTorrent v2), and also has many settings, including interface settings, connections, speed limits and other things. Categories and tags are supported, search for similar torrents by file hash and adding RSS feeds, and much more.
