BonAView is a free photo manager and graphic editor that allows you to qualitatively transform and change pictures and photos. The program contains many tools that can turn an ordinary picture into a real postcard.

Among the available functionality you will find the adjustment of chroma and levels, removing the red-eye effect, cropping unnecessary elements, adjusting sharpness and blurring, resizing, applying frames, rotation and reflection, etc. If you don't want to change all the options yourself, you can use automatic image enhancement.
