Business trips 4.4

Business trips - A program for preparing documents and maintaining data on business trips. The forms approved by the Resolution No. 1 of the State Statistics Committee of 05.01.2004 are used.

Program Business trips allows you to:

• prepare data for business trips,
• print out all forms of travel documents (f. f. T-9, T-9a, T-10, T-10a, AO-1),
• print out blank forms of all documents on business trips,
• prepare advance report data on a business trip,
• create a business trip log,
• keep data on business trip costs and generate reports by topics and divisions for any date interval,
• generate business trip references without a report and a list of employee business trips for any date interval,
• perform backup (including automatic) and database recovery,
• maintenance of employee directories, positions of professions), divisions, localities, organizations, business trip goals and accounting topics.
