CamStudio is a free and easy-to-use program that allows you to record everything that happens on the monitor and then save the finished video to your hard disk in AVI or SWF format.
The program also allows you to record audio, which makes CamStudio an effective tool for creating video presentations and training courses. In the settings, you can set the area of the screen from which the recording will take place, hide/display the cursor, edit audio/video parameters and much more.
