Chasys Draw IES is a set of image editing tools that includes a layer-based graphic editor with adjustment layers, linked layers, timeline and frame-by-frame animation, icon editing, image summation and comprehensive plugin support (Chasys Draw IES Artist), a fast multithreaded image file converter (Chasys Draw IES Converter) and a fast image viewer (Chasys Draw IES Viewer), with support for RAW images.

Supports native file formats of several competitors, including Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Corel PhotoPaint, GIMP, Krita, Paint.NET and PaintShop Pro, and the whole package is designed for efficient use of multi-core processors, touchscreens and pen input devices.
