CHM corrector of the Russian is a small free utility with which you can easily correct HTML files to correctly display the Cyrillic alphabet (on the right in the Table of Contents). Using the program is very simple - just select the file that needs to be corrected and click on the Convert button. For some browsers, it is not enough to recode characters into Cyrillic, and in this case CHM corrector also allows you to fix this problem by prescribing a meta tag. The utility does not require installation.
