Collmate - the program is a universal collection manager that will help you collect, organize, describe and control your collections of audio and video media, books and magazines, games, programs, beer bottles and corks, dolls, stamps, posters, lovers or mistresses, cars and things like that. Allows you to create collection trees and collection packages. In addition, it is possible to customize the structures of collections so that the display of information about items in collections is as convenient as possible.

The program will allow you to store the tree structure of collections in a single file (collection package), an unlimited number of contacts and collections in a package, an unlimited number of items and nested collections in each collection, as well as up to 32 additional customizable item attributes for each individual collection, a text description and image for each item and a detailed indication of the current status of the item.

With the application, you can track missing items (and those people who have them), keep item histories, search for information in collections and organize items in collections by any attribute, create lists of new items in all collections, export lists of items to HTML and CSV formats. Collmate will also provide the ability to encrypt and protect data with a password, verify data integrity, integrate into the Windows shell and contextual assistance system.
