Computer Room - the program is designed to manage a computer club, administer an Internet cafe.
The main tasks of the program are: control of paid time, network traffic, print control, control of the work of administrators. Computers that have not been paid to work with are in a locked state. Detailed reports on the work of the club are kept, reliably protected from editing. Popularity ratings of programs (games) used by clients. Password system for accessing reports with different access levels (club owner, administrator). Reports can be accessed via the Internet.
Thanks to the built-in intelligent analysis of reports, the owner of the club can easily identify a dishonest employee. The use of a variety of auxiliary tools greatly facilitates the work of administrators. Voice notification about the expiration of the paid time, text notification about the remaining (spent) time. Accounting for any additional services (printing on a printer, scanning, burning discs, bar,...). Banning the launch of specified programs will avoid damage to the computer by club visitors.
Various modes of operation of the program: games, Internet, payment immediately or by timer, night, midnight, with a discount. Free work on computers is taken into account separately, for example, when an administrator needs to configure a client computer. The ability to prohibit the use of the Internet in game mode, a configurable Internet port blocker. The database of the club's regular customers (work statistics, division into groups, assignment of discounts to groups,...).
A lot of little things are taken into account: time for setting up a computer, rounding up payments, changing tariffs at a given time of day, automatic discounts, etc. The program is constantly being improved based on the recommendations coming from the owners and administrators of the gaming/Internet halls (the first version of the program appeared in 2000).
