Contract management 5.9

Program Contract management is designed for accounting and contract management in various organizations. The program implements 4 interfaces: Administrator, User, Input Only and Viewing Only.

The Contract Management program has the following functions in its arsenal:

• The ability to set the user access mode only to their contracts (there may be several responsible ones). Journal of contracts, searches in the journal.
• The ability to configure the rules for the formation of the contract number (including for each branch).
• Notification of open contracts that are about to expire.
• The ability to insert the original contract in any format.
• Printing the contract log, output to Office, the ability to customize the report in MS Excel (OO Calc).
• Accounting of contract stages and subcontracting agreements.
• Agreement approval, notification of a delay in approval.
• Invoices, invoices, invoices, acceptance certificates, additional agreements, protocols of disagreements to the contract.
• Step-by-step payment under the contract. Notification of step-by-step payment. The ability to configure alerts for each user. Samples according to different criteria with the calculation of the totals.
• Export the card and journal to MS Word (OO Writer).
• Contract formation in MS Word (OO Writer) by template (based on *.dot templates).
• Accounting and analytics for three types of currencies (ruble, euro, dollar).
• The possibility of conducting contracts of any number of firms, each of which has several branches.
• Specifications for the contract, promissory notes for the contract with the formation of documents in MS Word (OO Writer). Export to MS Excel (OO Calc) the selected fields of the search result in the logs of contracts and counterparties.

The program supports the mode of operation on the network.

The Contract Management program requires Visual FoxPro libraries.
