Control and accounting of vehicles is a program that is designed to simplify the process of managing a car enterprise, facilitating the maintenance of numerous logs and reports. The waybills correspond to the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia No. 368 dated 11.09.2020 (valid from January 1, 2021).
Main features:
- Simple and user-friendly interface. The main tables are called PBX (vehicles), Tractors and DST (road construction equipment), Personnel, Waybills.
- Informative. You attach a photo to the record of the vehicle, tractor, employee. Information about malfunctions can be added to the vehicle card. You can add contact details to the employee record.
- Quick formation of documents and reports. The program is loaded with standard forms of logs, waybills and all kinds of transport reports, starting with a limit-intake map and ending with a fuel report. doc or xls report format.
- Important reminders. The program will automatically notify you when you need to undergo the next maintenance, inspection or change insurance. Now you don't need to write it all out in a separate notebook or constantly look through magazines.
