From the author: The purpose of creating the book was to preserve the experience that I had accumulated over 25 years of spending time in the kitchen. I never liked to strain myself with cooking, I collected recipes, those that are easier to prepare. The family always remained satisfied. Half of the recipes were invented by me, half were collected in different sources and adapted to my kitchen.
