Meter is a free and easy-to-use program designed for calculating electricity. The user needs to specify the readings of the electric meter for the past and current month, the tariff, after which the program will calculate the amount of electricity used for the month. You can also specify the limit of electricity consumption per month, and the tariff for which the calculation is carried out in case of exceeding it. The program does not require installation.
