CPUBalance is a small free utility from the developers of Process Lasso, which allows you to restrain running system processes (i.e. forcibly reduce their priority), which makes it possible to avoid critical loads on the processor, due to which it may hang. The program is relevant not only for weak systems, but also for modern multi-core processors, allowing you to significantly increase the response speed of the system.
The application uses proprietary ProBalance technology to monitor and prevent running processes, and can also work both offline and in conjunction with the Process Lasso program. There is an opportunity to specify excluded processes, change the binding to CPU cores, view detailed logs and much more.
Key Features of CPUBalance:
- Work both offline and in conjunction with Process Lasso.
- Using ProBalance technology.
- Monitoring of running processes.
- View a list of all processes sorted by the number of restraints.
- The ability to specify excluded processes.
- Changing the binding to CPU cores.
- View detailed logs.
- Autostart when loading the OS.
- The ability to save the event log as a CSV file and much more.
