Cutter - the program is designed to split a file into parts. This, for example, may be necessary to transfer a file with the help of floppy disks, the size of which is larger than the capacity of one floppy disk, to another computer.

To 'glue' a file, it is not necessary to have this program, because, depending on the method of cutting, the first part of the cut file is an executable exe file (i.e., by analogy with archivers, 'self-adhesive'), or when cutting a file, a bat file is created, running which, gluing occurs.

Cutter allows you to cut files into parts ranging in size from 200K to 2GB.
