Dead Pixel Locator is a program for detecting the presence of "broken" pixels on liquid crystal monitors. Everyone knows that a serious disadvantage of such monitors is the possible appearance of "broken" pixels (compared to CRT monitors). That's just how this program serves to identify this flaw. The defect of "broken" pixels is observed in the display of red, green and blue colors, and the pixel itself can be illuminated or darkened. The program is a test, thanks to which it is possible to determine damaged pixels in 'home' conditions.
Dead Pixel Locator fills the entire area of the screen with the selected color, as a result of which you can easily identify the 'dead' areas of it by visual inspection. The presence of such areas contributes to the rapid fatigue of the user's eyes, and as a result, vision loss is possible.
