Electronic medical history 1.2.23

Electronic medical history is a program for maintaining a patient's hospital card on a computer, as well as creating patient reports.

The Electronic Medical History program provides the following functions:

• logs of admitted, discharged and treated patients,
• maintenance and printing of primary examinations, diaries, discharge epicrisis, operation protocols
• acceleration of writing a medical history using templates and similar diary entries,
• the ability to printouts of all kinds of certificates, such as: a statistical coupon, a certificate of treatment, a coupon for a completed case of illness, a referral for physiotherapy, a referral to a medical institution, a referral to a VC, a certificate for obtaining a permit, a sanatorium card, etc.,
• using templates for quick preparation of certificates and directions,
• analysis and graphical representation of the results of hospital activities,
• distribution of employees by access level in the program from the emergency room paramedic to the deputy chief physician,
• no need to use in conjunction with other office applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.),
• availability of a network version that allows multiple users to work with the same database.

The local version of the program is free.

The network version of the program costs 500 rubles. Without payment, the work period is limited to 1 month from the moment of installation.
