EMCO MoveOnBoot is a program with which you can move, delete or rename locked files and folders after restarting your computer. It will be useful if the files required for the process are locked and cannot be renamed or deleted during Windows operation. It can be used when updating system files, deleting applications when some files are blocked by other processes, and cleaning viruses when they block their removal from the file system.

To remove the lock, MoveOnBoot uses the Windows mechanism to work with files on reboot, when system services or applications cannot establish a lock, while not interfering with the process itself that holds the lock, and without performing other destructive actions.
