ExifTool is a platform-independent Perl library designed for reading, writing and editing metadata in various multimedia files.
The application recognizes most popular metadata formats, including EXIF, GPS, IPTC, XMP, JFIF, GeoTIFF, ICC Profile, Photoshop IRB, FlashPix, AFCP and ID3. There is support for such digital camera manufacturers as Canon, Casio, DJI, FLIR, FujiFilm, GE, GoPro, HP, JVC/Victor, Kodak, Leaf, Minolta/Konica-Minolta, Motorola, Nikon, Nintendo, Olympus/Epson, Panasonic/Leica, Pentax/Asahi, Reconyx, Ricoh, Samsung, Sanyo, Sigma/Foveon and Sony.
The application does not have an interface and works via the command line - to view the metadata, simply drag the necessary multimedia file (or the entire folder) to the icon of the exiftool(-k).exe executable file.
