fb2sorter 1.1

fb2sorter is a small utility that will help you quickly clean up your collection of e-books. The program analyzes the contents of the *.fb2 files located in the books folder and, based on the information received, sorts and renames the source files by author/series/title. The result will be generated in the lib folder. If the book needs to be placed in several folders (for example, if the book is a collection, or co-authored), only one copy of the file in the *.fb2 format is created, the rest are replaced by links to this copy (files in the *.cmd format). Successfully processed files are moved to the done folder. Files that could not be processed for some reason remain in the books folder. Features of fb2sorter:

• Formation of a file structure of the following type: lib/&lt,language&gt,/&lt,first letter of the author's surname&gt,/&lt,author's full name&gt,/&lt,series (if available)&gt,/&lt,serial number (if any)&gt, &lt,book title&gt,.fb2
• It is possible to package files in the * format.fb2.zip
• If a file with the desired name already exists in the target folder, they are replaced with new ones

Attention! fb2sorter uses the information contained inside the source *.fb2 files, and this information is not always properly formatted. As a result, the names of files and folders may not meet your expectations.
