FBackup is a program for automatic backup to any USB/Firewire drive, local, or network drive. Allows you to backup data from local disks (including those connected via USB) to other USB/Firewire drives, or connected network resources.

It is possible to create standard zip archives (when full copy mode is used), or exact copies of the source without packaging (using mirror backup mode).

Features:

• Automatic backup
• zip-packaging of backups. Uses ZIP64 compression, which allows you to create archives larger than 2GB. Archives can be protected with a password that will be requested when extracting data from them
• Once you have configured the backup profile, you can run it manually or through a scheduled scheduler.
• For each backup profile, you can specify an action to be performed before or after
• Multiple backup assignments (to hard drives, external USB/Firewire drives, or mounted network drive)
• Plugin support for backup and restore settings of certain programs and their special data
• Automatic updates
• Archiving of open files

The program is used to create backup copies of files, it is not recommended to backup the system completely (create images).
