FileControl is a program designed to control computer users' access to external removable devices (USB and others), CD and DVD drives, disk drives, Bluetooth, IrDA and COM ports, as well as to monitor file operations inside a local network. The main functions of the application are displaying USB devices connected to the computer, allowing/prohibiting work with external storage devices, as well as monitoring operations with files on external storage devices and inside the local network, while storing information in log files about when which files were read or written. The program is extremely easy to use. Tracking drivers are managed from the FileControl console, which can be run from any computer. All actions with external devices on computers where the tracking driver is installed are displayed in the console in real time. The program records these actions in files for later viewing and analyzing user actions.
