FitBit is a free Android application with which you can monitor your weight, the number of calories burned, physical activity (for example, track the number of steps taken during the day) and sleep quality.

At startup, the program offers to synchronize with the fitness tracker used by the user (the list of supported devices is available on the developer's website), after which you can set daily goals, monitor your progress and compare your statistics with the statistics of friends.
