The FitW utility is used to change the operating system shell settings. The program is designed to work with Windows. It allows you to restrict novice users' access to potentially dangerous items in the system menu 'Run', 'Setup', 'Taskbar' and others), disable the context menus of the desktop and taskbar, change the parameters of automatic CD loading, manage the list of programs loaded automatically at the start of the operating system. From the point of view of increasing the speed of work, it is useful to control the animation speed of drop-down menus and the ability to disable window animation. A few more settings provide a certain level of privacy: you can disable password caching, clear the Documents menu when exiting (or just hide it).In total, there are more than 250 settings, access to the list of installed programs (including the possibility of deleting them), saving and loading user profiles of settings.
