FlashMemoryTester is a small portable utility for checking the real size of your USB drive or flash card. It happens that when buying a removable media, the volume declared by the seller does not coincide with the real one. And sometimes this difference reaches several gigabytes. So that this fact does not come as a surprise to you some time after purchasing a flash drive, it is convenient to use a tool to analyze the real size of a removable drive, one of which is FlashMemoryTester.

There are no settings here as such. Connect your flash drives to the PC, select the one being analyzed and run the test. There are 2 testing options available: fast and full, the difference of which is in the final accuracy of the displayed data - for a general representation of the disk size, the fast mode will also be quite suitable. After a while, you will have complete information about the disk label, manufacturer, model, type, maximum/free and occupied size, as well as erroneous and damaged sectors.

As already noted, FlashMemoryTester does not require installation into the system, which means it can always be with you and used on any PC if necessary.
