HR Department is a convenient and easy-to-use HR accounting program. Allows you to create a personal employee card, staffing table, print out all personnel orders, receive a variety of reports, calculate the total and continuous length of service of the employee. The program keeps records of vacations, business trips, transfers and incentives. The program allows you to significantly (more than 5-10 times) increase the speed and efficiency of the HR department.

Main features of the program:

• Automatic compilation of personnel documents (the program uses the latest forms of documents approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia).
• Automatic compilation of the staffing table.
• Automatic compilation of the T-2 form and its storage in electronic form in the database.
• Calculation of the average number of employees for any period.
• Generating arbitrary reports based on database information (the user chooses the database fields that he needs to display in the report) with the ability to export to Word and Excel format.
• Reminder of the end of the probation period for employees.
• Export of personal data to the Pension Fund format on a floppy disk (personal data is exported from the employee database, so there is no need to re-type this data) and printout of all related documents (the insured person's form is ADV-1, an inventory of a bundle of questionnaires and an inventory of a bundle of documents is ADV - 6 form).
• Storing personal data about each employee in the database.

The demo version of the program is completely identical in data structure to the full version of the program, however, it has the following functional limitations:

• there are advertising inscriptions on the forms of documents,
• the function of generating a personal data file for the FIU is disabled,
• there is no possibility to change the auditing of the enterprise.
