Hydraulic calculations of heat networks 1.3

Software Hydraulic calculations of heating networks (hereinafter referred to as the GRTS program) is a program that performs hydraulic calculations of one- or two-pipe heating networks with a dead-end (not ring) configuration. The main feature of the GRTS program is the support of the formula language, which is used when calculating pressure losses in the heating network.

The formula language allows:

• determine the composition of calculation indicators,
• define formulas for calculating indicators.

Thanks to the formula language, the user can independently determine the calculation method, i.e. the user can determine the degree of complexity of the calculation himself.

The program must include water flow rates and pipeline diameters for each section of the heating network, pressure at any point of the heating network. According to the data entered, the program calculates the pressure at all points of the heating network.

After performing the calculation, the GRTS program allows:

• draw heating network diagrams,
• determine pipeline diameters according to specified flow rates and pressures in the final nodes of the heating network,
• for each final node of the heating network, you can specify the difference between the water temperature in the supply pipeline and the water temperature in the return pipeline,
• there is an improved help system.
