IconLover is a program for working with icons and cursors. With it, you will be able to express your creative nature and create your own special icons and cursors, convert ready-made images into icons, give a unique look to your desktop, customize the image of different catalogs.

The program will help you:

• Manage icons, cursors, icon collections, and toolbars
• Create translucent icons, static and animated cursors for Windows XP
• Create icons of standard and non-standard sizes, with color depth up to 32-bit True Color
• Use gradient and checkerboard fills in the drawing process
• Apply layers in icon projects
• Use shadow, transparency, smoothing, grayscale, toning, rotation, shift and reflection effects
• Import and export ICO, BMP, JPEG, ANI, CUR, GIF, PNG, TGA, WMF, WBMP, XPM, XBM and Adobe Photoshop PSD formats
