IconoMaker is a program that allows you to edit and create icons. It supports the creation of both standard icons (16x16, 32x32, 48x48) and icons of any size with a color depth of up to 16 million colors. It is possible to create and edit icons designed for the Windows XP operating system (32-bit color). The editor includes convenient tools for drawing, exporting, importing or changing icons in .ico, .xpm, .xbm, .png and .icpr formats.
The program allows you to work with several icons at the same time, i.e. you can open a set consisting of several icons at once for editing. In addition, a useful option is implemented here to check the correct format of icons (Test icons). If you are just mastering the process of editing and creating icons, then you can download free sets of ready-made icons on the developer's website for example.
