ICQ SMS Sender - the program is designed to send SMS via ICQ protocol. Main features:
- Ability to send messages from the command line,
- The ability to send messages in Russian,
- The ability to maintain an address book,
- Automatic exit from the program after sending a message,
- Ability to connect via SOCKS5 Proxy.
