Ini Editor 2.6.3

Ini Editor is an advanced editor of initialization files that have the .ini extension and are used by many programs and partly by the operating system to store various settings.

Examples of such files are system.ini, win.ini, control.ini and others. The Ini Editor allows you to work with them as with a registry and displays information in the form of two columns: sections and parameters with their values.
