IP Messenger is a very small but very convenient program that allows you to exchange instant messages and files over a local network. The difference between this messenger and other similar applications is that there is no need to create and run a server part - only the client itself is enough to transmit a message.

As soon as you install the program, it will immediately scan the local network (LAN) and find all computers with the messenger running. You will only have to select a user, write him a message and send it. As noted, in addition to text notifications, you can transfer individual files and entire folders.

It is very convenient that right in this messenger there is an option to create a screenshot (an icon with a circle in the lower left corner). Select the desired area on your monitor screen and save the snapshot to the clipboard or place it immediately in the messaging window. It is noteworthy that before saving a screenshot, you can put arrows, selections or arbitrary lines on it.

As for security, the developers implemented message encryption using RSA2048bit and AES256 algorithms.
