IQTransliter is a program for transliterating text from Russian, Ukrainian to English and back. It is used to convert text from Cyrillic to English transliteration (Latin alphabet). Often such an opportunity is in demand for correspondence with citizens living abroad, mail, or Windows which does not recognize Cyrillic characters.
