KatMouse 1.04

KatMouse - allows you to improve the functionality of a mouse equipped with a wheel. Instead of the standard function of scrolling the contents of the active window, after installing KatMouse, you will be able to scroll the image in any window that appears under the mouse pointer.

The second important difference from the usual mouse behavior in Windows is the technique of switching between windows using the wheel button: just click on the window to push it into the background. It is convenient that this operation is available even when you have already occupied the left or right mouse button - for example, dragging a file. If your mouse has additional buttons, you can assign the described function to another button of your choice.

To bring the window back to the foreground, hover over the visible part of the window, press the wheel button again and hold it down for a while (the delay is adjusted in the program settings). Using this method, you will avoid accidentally clicking on the control elements of the window, which is possible when switching with the left mouse button.
