KillEmAll is an easy-to-use utility designed to identify and terminate all non-essential running applications. Great for quickly closing unwanted programs, checking the system, and even removing malware.
It is enough to run .an exe file (from anywhere, even from a USB stick or from a computer hosted on a local network), and then press the button to terminate unnecessary programs. The interface of the utility is made in the form of a command line. There is an opportunity to enter debugging mode (press D), check for updates (U) or display the configuration interface (C).
After completing all unnecessary processes, you can press L to create a log file and save it with all the process completion results within a single KillEmAll session.
By holding down the CTRL key when launching KillEmAll, you can immediately switch to DEBUG mode, which allows you to terminate each process in turn, skip the completion of some processes, and also find more detailed information on each process being terminated on the Internet. There is an opportunity to configure various search engines in order not to be limited only to Google, you can add the process to the list of allowed programs so that it is ignored in the future, as well as block the launch of the program (this is a system-wide setting that applies regardless of whether KillEmAll is running or not).
By holding down the SHIFT key when launching KillEmAll, the program automatically runs under the TrustedInstaller account, bypassing the security permissions of other processes.
