KLADR is a classifier of addresses of Russia, put into effect from 01.12.2005 by Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. SAE-3-13/594@ dated 17.11.2005.
Is a database of addresses of Russia with the function of searching for subjects of the Russian Federation, districts, cities and other settlements, streets, as well as an index by address and addresses by index. You can find a zip code for any street in Russia, an index for every house on every street in Russia (if one street has several zip codes).
The program also includes the OKATO reference book (the All-Russian classifier of objects of administrative-territorial division).
