Layout Of The Text With A Book 5.12

The layout of the Text with a Book is a macro package for Microsoft Word (any versions starting from 97) that allows you to make up your document in a book format the size of half a sheet of paper for its subsequent printing - that is, to perform what is usually called creating a brochure, printing a brochure or lowering the strips.

A document prepared with the help of the program can be freely edited, figures and tables can be inserted into it, while the distribution of text on the pages will change accordingly (that is, compliance with the WYSIWYG standard is ensured). The source document may contain figures, tables, columns, etc. The program has a two-column layout function. In this case, there will be two parallel columns with text on each page of the book.

Also included in the package are programs:

• MS-DOS text converter - turns into a more or less readable format texts in which at the end of each line there is a paragraph end symbol, and tabulation and centering are indicated by spaces (many books downloaded from Internet libraries have this look).
• File sharing - automatically combines the contents of a large number of similar Rtf, Doc, Htm, Txt files into one document.
• Printing a book - prints a document made up by the Book Text Layout program.
• Text From Book - extracts text from a book and inserts it into a new document.

After the installation is completed, a new Layout panel appears in Word, on which there is a Text Layout button with a Book. After opening the document that you want to make a semi-format book, click it and follow the instructions of the dialog boxes.
