MadAppLauncher is a free utility with which you can assign a quick launch button for applications. Each cell is a letter or functional (F1-F10) button, on which the icon of any application is moved by simple dragging. There are 10 tabs available for letter buttons, which makes it possible to place more than 300 applications in MadAppLauncher.
