MailChecker is a utility for checking mailboxes. Supports correct viewing of mail in Russian ('understands' the Koi-8, DOS-866, ISO8859, Win-1251 encodings), deleting unnecessary mail without downloading it to the hard disk, it is possible to configure 'black boxes' to delete all incoming mail from them, it is possible to send mail without using external mail clients.
