Management of the training center is an easy-to-use program designed to account for clients in the training center, children's training center, preschool, educational circles, language courses, etc.
Key features of the Training Center Management program:
- Accounting of clients/students of the training center.
- The schedule of classes of students and the schedule of teachers.
- Schedule of classes by halls, classrooms, classes.
- Accounting of classes, monitoring of student attendance.
- Accounting for discounts for students for classes.
- Accounting of clients' payments for classes, rent payments and other payments.
- Calculation of payments to teachers and assistants for classes.
- Reports on students, clients and employees.
There are 2 configurations for the training center management program.
The first configuration is universal and in it the students themselves are accepted as clients to whom classes and payments for these classes are attached. If the student has representatives (for example, parents), then they can also be tied to the student. All reports are based on students. The configuration can be used to account for classes in both adult and children's groups.
The second configuration was created specifically for children's training centers, clubs and sections. The only difference from the first universal configuration is that it is not the student himself who is accepted as the client, but the student's parent and payments are tied to the parents. Students themselves are also attached to parents (representatives) (for example, one parent may have two or three children). This configuration is convenient if, for example, one or more children of the same parent go to different sections and payment is accepted centrally from one parent, or when this approach simply seems more correct.
