Meal Plan 1.0

Meal Plan - organize your own database of food products, on the basis of which you can calculate and compile various nutrition schemes. Each menu takes into account the ratio of protein-fat-carbohydrates (BZHU), as well as the necessary daily calorie requirement.

All calculations of these power schemes are performed in a convenient and simplified mode for the user: knowledge of specific formulas for such calculations is not required. Just decide on the required scheme of the ratio of BZHU + Kcal and make a list of the necessary food products, determining their weight so that the balance of BZHU + Kcal at the output corresponds to a previously defined scheme, and the program will do all the other calculations itself. To clarify the daily calorie allowance in the Meal Plan there is a special built-in calculator.

In this program, it is possible to organize a list of favorite products, which will greatly simplify and speed up the preparation of the necessary menu by adding a product to this list, then you will no longer have to search for it in the database. To further facilitate the search for food products in the database, it is possible to find them using a special tool, specifying one or more properties of the desired product.

Among other things, the Meal Plan program has a Body Weight Control module, which is designed to organize a database of weigh-ins. In addition to the database itself, the module has a built-in graph, on the basis of which, in a simple and understandable form, you can monitor your own weight and, if necessary, adjust it. This module is equipped with the function of instantly displaying the number of kilograms that need to be dropped (or gained) to achieve the desired weight.

Meal Plan does not require installation on a computer, and for the application to work, it is only necessary to have several libraries and components in the system, which, if necessary, can be taken from the installation package of the program.
